How to Get the Most out of ATP LOAD'D by MAX's

Serving Size:

1 daily serving (4 capsules) of ATP LOAD'D should be consumed each day.

Recommended Intake:

ATP LOAD'D is designed to be taken every day - at differing times depending on whether you are training that day.

On training days, we recommend taking 2 capsules of ATP LOAD'D upon rising and 2 capsules of ATP LOAD'D about 30 - 60 minutes before training with water.

On non-training days, take 2 capsules of ATP LOAD'D upon rising and 2 capsules of ATP LOAD'D in the late afternoon about 1 hour before dinner.
