1 level scoop of Plant Protein (25g)
Combine 1 scoop of Plant Protein with 150ml of water or almond/soy/coconut milk (cold tastes best!), and use a shaker or blender to mix. Depending on your dietary protein goals, 1-3 servings may be taken throughout the day.
For best results, consume with 30 minutes of completing a workout, or between meals to support fast recovery. However, this product can also be used first thing in the morning, with meals or added into smoothies or baked goods to increase protein intake in a plant-based diet!
