Serving Size

Each and every bottle of Z-Mag contains 60 capsules. We recommend a serving size of ONE - THREE capsules, once daily. 

Recommended Intake

We recommend a serving size of 1-2 capsules per serving. Only one serving per day is usually required, however, a single tablet could be consumed twice daily if preferred. ATP Science advises avoiding consumption in excess of 3 capsules total per day. 

Additional Tips

When using Z-Mag, we recommend that you always read the label - follow the directed use, the directed dose, and be wary of the ingredients that are within the product and the effects those ingredients can have. If any symptoms persist, talk to your health professional.

As Z-Mag is a Vitamin and/or mineral supplements, it should not replace a balanced diet.

This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
