• Free Shipping on all Australian orders over $200. Bundle & save!

• Smaller parcels ship for $9.99
  (eg. single or twin packs of EHP Labs OxyShred or Optimum Nutrition Pre-Workout)
• Mid-large parcels ship for $15

Express shipping is also available.

Shipping costs are influenced by the weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Australian domestic orders

Please consider that this is a guide only. MAK Fitness does our best to ensure your packages are shipped in a timely manner, but we cannot be held accountable for unforeseen circumstances with courier companies.

Note: All shipping times relate to all orders under 5kg. All orders over 5kg are estimated to be received within 2-7 business days and will be sent via Road Courier.

International orders

We are currently only servicing, New Zealand & Australia. Please allow 5-14 Business Days for your items to arrive for orders not shipping to Australia.

WHEN ARE ORDERS DISPATCHED?

Orders received before 11 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) are despatched same business day. (Mon-Fri). Orders received after that time are despatched the next business day.

TIPS FOR FAST DELIVERY

1. Double check your address before ordering
2. Couriers have 'Authority to Leave' parcels if safe. We recommend having a parcel sent to your workplace if you live in an apartment block, have a property which is not accessible to a courier or there is no safe place to leave a parcel.
3. If being delivered to a workplace, including the name of the business, not the shop number or level.

WHO DELIVERS MY ORDER?

Orders are delivered by Australia Post and StarTrack. Other courier services such as Fastway Couriers and CouriersPlease may also be used for road service.

TRACKING NUMBERS

MAK Fitness will provide every parcel that leaves our warehouse with a tracking number including free delivery parcels.

WHAT IF I LIVE OUTSIDE A MAJOR CITY OR REMOTE AREA?

If you live in a place, not on the Australia Post Express Network eg. the Northern Territory use the Australian post website to best service your area and get in touch with us direct. We are always happy to assist you with your postage needs.

If you live in a Remote location we recommend allowing 3-4 business days for your order to arrive.
