We strongly advise against mixing Fade Out with any other sleep aids. This is particularly the case with prescription medications (such as Ambien).
How much sleep should I aim to get when using Fade Out?
We recommend ensuring a minimum of 4 hours of sleep, however, 6 or 8 hours is significantly more optimal. Note that REM (deep sleep) runs in 2-hour cycles, so we advise trying to work around 2-hour increments of sleep.

Fade out is a product used to enhance sleep and recovery, and should therefore be taken directly before bed.
The formula for this product is quite strong, so we recommend assessing your tolerance first with a half serving (4g).
For one full serving, ensure you take this product 30 minutes prior to sleep, on an empty stomach, and in allowance for 6-8 hours of sleep duration.
To mix, combine with 150ml of water, and shake or stir to combine.
