Effective as a fat burner, I sweat heaps but the flavour is disgusting it is sour and just tastes very intense.
I use 1/2 scoop approx 30min before workout lasting 45mins then take 1/2 scoop to do a second session 15min after ending first session for another 45min. ... Helps me power through.
Oxy shred is just as good and tastes better
This pre workout is epic. It pushed me beyond what I thought I could do. I was sweating up a storm and broke my sprint PB!
