The appropriate serving size depends on your unqiue personal goals and body mass.
For those under 90kg, use 1 scoop as a serving size, for those over 90kg, use 2 scoops as a serving size.
For optimal results, take one serving directly following a workout, and 1-2 servings throughout the day as an additional meal or at night before bed.
