We recommend a serving size of one heaped scoop (15.1g). To mix, combine with 300-350mL of water (note: cold tastes best). Two full servings may be used as required, especially during a longer or high-intensity workout. For best results, drink during or after a workout. However, product can be used between meals throughout a regular day, if preferred. We advise not to exceed two servings daily.
