No, this product has been designed and manufactured to ensure all colours, flavours and sweeteners are 100% natural.
We recommend a serving size of 1 level scoop (36.75g).
To mix, combine with 150ml of water or almond/soy/coconut milk (cold tastes best!), and use a shaker or blender to mix.
Depending on your dietary protein goals, 1-3 servings may be taken throughout the day.
For best results, consume with 30 minutes of completing a workout, or between meals to support fast recovery.
