Supplement Type: Vegan Protein

We all know that koalas are herbivores. There are some koala freaks out there are also herbivores. So we put together a vegan protein to make sure that all you Staunch lifters out there have an option to a good quality great tasting protein. With 24g of protein and 3g of carbs and 2g of fat, this is a good lean protein for those leaf eaters out there. 

But if you’re a little confused on just when to use Vegan Protein, or how to take Vegan Protein, don’t stress! MAK Crew have put together a simple guide on how to use Vegan Protein to keep you covered.

Serving Size

We recommend a serving size of 1 level scoop of Vegan Protein (36.75g). However, depending on your dietary protein goals and macronutrient requirements, 1-3 servings may be taken throughout the day.

Recommended Intake

To mix, combine with 150ml of water or almond/soy/coconut milk (cold tastes best!), and use a shaker or blender to mix.

For best results, consume with 30 minutes of completing a workout, or between meals to support fast recovery. However, this product can also be used first thing in the morning, with meals or added into smoothies or baked goods to increase protein intake in a plant-based diet.
