War Hammer Pre-Workout is a product designed to help you get the most out of your session - no matter how flat you feel walking into the gym or what kind of rough day you’ve had. It also allows your body to push harder and further than it otherwise could - thus stimulating the growth, increased performance and results you’re chasing!
Serving Size:
12g (1 scoops)
Recommended Intake:
Consume 1 scoop mixed with water or juice 15-20 minutes before training or intense exercise, to allow adequate time to take effect. However, War Hammer Pre-Workout may also be taken during the workout if preferred, for a prolonged release of energy.
Do NOT exceed 1 scoop of War Hammer Pre-Workout daily, and consume only in conjunction with a healthy dietary intake from real food.
Additional Tips:
We advise assessing your tolerance to War Hammer Pre-Workout before using! Initially, give one half of a scoop a go. If you feel energised and effective, you could remain on this serving size. If you feel minimal difference, try the full scoop serving.
