What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased in a MAK Fitness store?

If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from MAK Fitness, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you a gift voucher or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods (except for any personal care merchandise). It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the MAK Fitness store. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from a MAK Fitness retail store. If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a gift voucher or exchange and no change of mind refunds unless the item(s) are deemed faulty and proof of purchase must be provided.

If you change your mind on any purchases labelled as ‘final sale’, including MAK Fitness Warehouse sales, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a credit or exchange unless the item(s) are faulty.

It is also very important to note that if you purchased goods that were clearly identified as faulty, defective or marked in any way and the reason the goods were faulty, defective or marked in any way was specifically drawn to your attention at time of purchase by a written notice displayed with the goods (including samples and seconds), the respective defect or mark will be discounted when considering whether or not the product is faulty.

Credits or exchanges will not be provided for change of mind for any personal care merchandise (such as lip balms, body scrub, intimate clothing, underwear, swimwear or jewellery etc.) unless the products are faulty.

If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. For all change of mind purchases, you are able to return your items to your local MAK Fitness retail store for an exchange or gift voucher only. It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left the MAK Fitness warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from www.makfitness.com.au. What do I need to make a purchase with Afterpay?

Can I return my Afterpay purchase instore?

Our retail stores do not accept Afterpay returns. Please refer to the online returns policy for further details.

Can I exchange my Afterpay purchase instore?

Our retail stores accept Afterpay exchanges. If you exchange for an item that is more than the original item purchased you will not be able to Afterpay the difference as Australian retail stores do not offer the Afterpay service. The payment difference must be paid in full.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Afterpay is an interest free payment plan option
  • The funds for the first payment must be available on your nominated card at the time of checkout.
  • If you wish to return your goods, complete the online returns process as per the normal returns policy – if eligible for a refund, your initial payment will be returned in full and the remaining payments cancelled at no charge. 
  • Returns for purchases made using Afterpay as the payment method can be returned via MAK Fitness online, using the returns form.
  • When you link your Afterpay account to a debit or credit card, please be aware that standard fees and charges may be applicable. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms and conditions for full details. 

* If a payment is due from you but not received by Afterpay in accordance with the payment schedule, a $10 late payment fee will be charged, with a further $7 late payment fee added seven days later if the payment remains unpaid.

MAK FITNESS EBAY RETURNS

MAK Fitness products purchased through eBay, are in accordance with the eBay purchase policy, and as such purchased products can only be returned to their original place of purchase. Returns and Exchanges cannot be made in Australian Retail Stores, and other Stockists of MAK Fitness.

If you have purchased from our MAK Fitness store on eBay, please check to see if your item is eligible for return. Return details are listed under the payment section on the product pages of our eBay Store. If an item is marked as “No Returns Accepted”, the item cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or gift card (unless an item is deemed to contain a fault). If you are unsure, please don’t hesitate to contact our team at info@makfitness.com

Unfortunately we won’t be able to guarantee your desired item is in stock, so please ensure you record at least 2 products you wish to exchange for and we will do our best to assist.

You will need to send the original or a copy of your invoice with your order In the event that your product is lost in transit, MAK Fitness will not be held liable and therefore recommends that you send all returns via Registered Post.
We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return our package for your account to be credited.

RETURN OF GIFT WITH PURCHASE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Should you qualify for a Gift with Purchase upon meeting minimum spend requirements, and you change your mind and your order is returned for a refund or gift voucher, the Gift with Purchase item must also be returned unworn and in original condition, with all tags intact; otherwise the full retail price will be deducted from the refunded amount.

There is no exchange on Gift with Purchase items and/or Promotional Products unless the item(s) are faulty. Gift with Purchase items are subject to availability. Subject to any rights you may have at law, they cannot be exchanged, refunded or substituted for change of mind. Gift with purchases cannot be redeemed for cash and are only available at time of purchase.
