ISO100 contains Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate - a whey protein that has undergone an extra stage of filtration. This results in a protein powder that is leaner, that is easier to digest and more rapid in absorption, and is higher in protein.
I have previously struggled with digestion of whey proteins - how will this protein compare?
ISO100 Hydrolysed Whey Protein Isolate contains very little lactose, and for many, lactose can be the source of stomach discomfort and bloating when consuming a protein shake. While it is completely dependent on your body individually - and what you can and cannot handle, we have received a number of customer reviews explaining that this protein was gut-friendly for them whilst many other whey proteins have not been.
Is this product Vegan?
This product contains whey, which is derived from milk, and is therefore an animal-based product. Thus, this product is not suitable for a vegan lifestyle, or those with a lactose-intolerance.
Does this product contain any banned substances?
No, this product has been tested and confirmed to contain no banned substances. We recommend a serving size of 1 scoop of ISO100 (28g). Depending on your dietary protein goals, several servings of ISO100 may be taken throughout the day (up to 4).
To mix, combine 1 scoop of ISO100 with 150-200ml of water or milk of choice (cold tastes best!), and use a shaker or blender to mix.
ISO100 is best taken directly post-workout to boost your body’s state of recovery and protein synthesis levels. However, it can be used at a variety of times - throughout the day as a convenient meal or snack, before bed as a high protein, sweet dessert treat, or mixed into smoothies or baked goods (such as pancakes) to increase protein intake.
We advise that this product should be used in combination with a balanced intake of whole foods.
