Serving Size:
Generally, we recommend a serving size of Legacy Pre-Workout as 2 scoops. The serving size of Legacy Pre-Workout really depends on your personal tolerance. Start off with 1 scoop, then step it up to 1.5 and 2 scoops when you feel you can for optimal effect!
Recommended Intake:
Legacy Pre-Workout is a Pre Workout product, therefore we recommend only taking Legacy Pre-Workout on training days.
Consume Legacy Pre-Workout 30-45 minutes before training. To mix, simply combine with approximately 300-400mL of water in your legendary MAK shaker, shake it up, and you’re good to go!
