But if you’re a little confused on just when to use Protein Switch, or how to take Protein Switch, don’t stress! MAK Crew have put together a simple guide on how to use Protein Switch to keep you covered.
Serving Size
We recommend a serving size of one heaped scoop (36g) of Protein Switch. Up to 3 servings may be consumed daily - depending on your personal macronutrient and caloric goals.
Recommended Intake
To mix, combine one serving of Protein Switch with 200 - 350mL of water or milk (Almond & Coconut Milks are our fav!). Mix well in a shaker or blender, then drink up.
While Protein Switch is most advantageously used when consumed after training or competition to kickstart recovery and growth - you can alternatively consume at any time of the day. Use Protein Switch as a snack replacement, a convenience, an addition to a meal or even use it in baking to whip upcode pretty epic protein pancakes or protein banana muffins! The possibilities are endless!
Additional Tips
Protein Switch comes in a number of flavour variants too! You’ll be spoilt for choice between Peanut Butter Toffee, Vanilla Bean and Chocolate Sea Salt. Be sure to try them all before choosing your fav!
