Serving Size:

1 Scoop of Super Whey (50g)

However, this serving size may be adjusted to suit your personal goals and macronutrient needs. For bigger guys on a bulk, you might like to consume 2 scoops, whereas those on a prep may prefer 2 x half scoops throughout the day.

Recommended Intake:

Add 50 grams (approx. 1 scoop) in a shaker with 200-300 ml of water or low fat milk (almond milk or non-lactose milk works well too!), and shake for 30 seconds. Consume within 30 minutes of shaking up to avoid separation.

Each shake can be taken at any time throughout the day to best suit your lifestyle and goals. This may include post workout for enhanced recovery, throughout the day between meals, before bed, or as a meal replacement where cutting.

Additional Tips:
