If you’re a little confused on just when to use Total War RTD, or how to take Total War RTD, don’t stress! MAK Crew have put together a simple guide on how to use Total War RTD to keep you covered.
Total War RTDs are nice and simple! One Total War RTD bottle = one serving! Total War RTD is a Pre Workout and therefore, we recommend that you should reserve the use and the goodness of these ones for training days.
They’re already mixed, already dosed and already bottled. While we would definitely recommend you chill your Total War RTD throughout the day, to use it’s as simple as crack and go!
Serving Size:
1Â Total War RTD bottle
For some users, one half serving is preferred - often this dosage is determined by the desired level of caffeine and individual tolerance (125mg vs 250mg).
Recommended Intake:
We think these ones taste best chilled, so if you can, keep it in the fridge before your training time! Then, consume 20-30minutes prior to exercise. If training in the afternoon, we advise not to consume after 4pm (to ensure ease of sleep). Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
