We recommend a serving size of one heaped scoop (16g) of GHOST® Amino.
To mix, combine with 250-300ml of water (note: cold tastes best). Two full servings of GHOST® Amino may be used as required, especially during a long or high-intensity workout. For best results, drink during or after a workout. However, product can be used between meals throughout a regular day, if preferred.
We advise not to exceed two servings daily.
