It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive (during COVID-19).
We do try to get all orders out by 3pm same day. If we experience an issue our warehouse team will reach out!

If your product has been ordered in the last 30 days, we will replace the product for you.
For orders over 30 days old we would not be able to replace the product directly, please enquire with customer service and explain your product issue.
