Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: All Australian orders over $150.
  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 flat rate for orders under $150.
  • Express Shipping: Available for orders under $150 with rates calculated based on the weight of the items.

Delivery Timeframes

Australian Domestic Orders:

  • Orders under 5kg (Express): 1-3 business days.
  • Orders under 5kg (Standard): 3-5 business days.
  • Orders over 5kg (Road Courier): 2-7 business days.

International Orders:

  • Currently, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia. Delivery for New Zealand orders is estimated within 5-14 business days.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times. MAK Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances with courier companies.

Order Dispatch Times

  • Orders received before 3 PM AEST (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders received after 3 PM AEST (Mon-Fri): Dispatched the next business day.

Tips for Fast Delivery

  • Double-check your address before completing your order.
  • For parcels marked with ‘Authority to Leave,’ ensure there is a safe location for delivery.
  • Consider shipping to your workplace if you live in an apartment block or remote property. Include the business name for workplace deliveries.

Courier Services

Orders are delivered by:

  • Australia Post
  • StarTrack
  • Additional services such as Fastway Couriers and CouriersPlease may be used for road deliveries.

Tracking Numbers

Every order leaving our warehouse is assigned a tracking number, including parcels with free delivery.

Remote Area Deliveries

For deliveries outside major cities or remote areas (e.g., Northern Territory):

  • Use the Australia Post website to check your delivery area.
  • Allow an additional 3-4 business days for remote locations.
