General Policy
At MAK Fitness, we aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If an issue arises, please reach out to us before dispatching any returns.

Non-Faulty Items:
- Refunds are not issued for non-faulty items.
- Items opened or used cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, including those returned due to flavor preference or incorrect purchase.
- Consumable items within their use-by date are not the responsibility of MAK Fitness.
- We are not liable for products that harden, clump, or solidify due to moisture but will work with manufacturers to resolve issues wherever possible.
Online Returns
Change of Mind:
- Refunds for change-of-mind purchases will incur a 6% transaction fee and shipping costs.
- Items can be returned to your local MAK Fitness store for an exchange or gift voucher, provided:
- Items are in their original condition, including packaging and labels.
- Proof of purchase is provided, clearly showing the purchase was made from www.makfitness.com.au.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during warehouse sales cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty.
Afterpay Returns
Returns:
- Items purchased via Afterpay cannot be returned in-store. Online returns must follow the standard return policy.
Exchanges:
- Exchanges for Afterpay purchases can be made in-store, but any price difference must be paid in full, as Afterpay cannot process additional payments.

Returns from Third-Party Websites
Products purchased through third-party platforms are subject to their respective return policies and cannot be returned to MAK Fitness stores.

- Items marked as “No Returns Accepted” on third-party websites cannot be returned unless deemed faulty.

Gift with Purchase or Promotional Items
If a Gift with Purchase was included in your order, it must also be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a refund or gift voucher.

Incorrect Customer Details
Please verify your shipping details before completing your purchase. MAK Fitness is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.

- Registered Post is recommended for all returns to ensure tracking and safety.
