Serving Size:

One serving of Acetyl L-Carnitine is 1 scoop (1g).

However, for optimal results you may consider taking a 2 scoop serving. 

Recommended Intake:

Mix 1-2 scoops (1-2g) of Acetyl L-Carnitine with 10 Ounces (295 ml) of water, juice or beverage of your choice.

Do not exceed 5 scoops per day.

We advise that Acetyl L-Carnitine is not a meal replacement. While Acetyl L-Carnitine is a great addition to your body to increase fat burn and build a healthier body, Acetyl L-Carnitine is NOT designed to be taken in place of a meal.
