A very common question we get asked from users of Amino Energy is “How can I get the most out of Amino Energy?” We at MAK Crew have put together this guide to help you maximise your muscle recovery with Amino Energy.

To clarify, BCAA (Branched-Chain Amino Acids) are a group of three amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine) which are essential building blocks for your body to use to make proteins. The reason BCAAs are essential is because, unlike non-essential amino acids, your body cannot produce them and you must get them from your diet.

The purpose of Amino Energy is to help maintain your lean body mass with a calorie restricted diet. Amino Energy is not a solution to getting a lean body, hard work and dedication does!

  1. Serving size: 2 scoops (2g)

                                                                      I love the grape one better but both do the job. Im not a pre workout person but this is definitely something that works and is not overpowering. I wonder though if I keep doing this will I become immune to it?

                                                                      I am currently halfway through my second tub and I can tell ya, these are great! I’ve had the blue raspberry and green apple and both taste amazing. They provide a good energy boost, which I mainly use as an afternoon pick me up or when I’ve run out of my pre workout. I don’t know what your body is suppose to feel like when you take bcaa’s and I don’t really care, I love it that much.
