Recommended Intake:

Bang Energy Drink are super versatile! Just use them whenever you need that energy and mood boost, or a sweet refreshing drink that for once ISN’T chocked full of excess sugars. Bang Energy Drink can be used in place of a pre-workout drink, in which case consume 15-30minutes before a workout. They may also be used throughout the day!

However, we caution to not consume more than 1 total Bang Energy Drink per day. Additionally, we recommend avoiding consumption after 4pm in the afternoon - simply to make sure you can still sleep at night!
