Endo Rush is a Pre Workout product, so be sure to keep this in mind only for those days and times you’re heading out to train!

Serving Size:

1 scoop (13g)

For some females with a lower caffeine tolerance, a half scoop of Endo Rush is generally preferred - often this dosage is determined by the desired level of caffeine (150mg vs 300mg).

Recommended Intake:

Mix with 150-200ml water (cold tastes best!) or as preferred to achieve your personal desired level of sweetness. Consume 15 - 30 minutes prior to workout. If training in the afternoon, we advise not to consume after 4pm (to ensure ease of sleep).

Additional Tips:

If you are new to pre-workouts, or you generally find you have a higher caffeine sensitivity - be sure to assess your tolerance first! Start taking Endo Rush with just a half scoop (the good news is, the tub lasts long that way!).
