Serving Size

A serving size of MAX’S Glutamine+ is a single scoop (5g).

Recommended Intake

Take 1 scoop 30 - 40 minutes before workout and or immediately after workouts. Therefore, we recommend a total of 2 scoops of Glutamine+ per day!

Additional Tips

Glutamine+ is unflavoured - so you can mix your scoop in with absolutely anything. Glutamine is safe to stack - so mixing in with your Pre-Workout drink and/or Post-Workout shake works ideally! Alternatively, you can simply mix in water or fruit juice.
