- Serving Size: 1 scoop (4.9 g)
- Mix 1 scoop with 295 ml of cold water
- ON TRAINING DAYS: consume 10 minutes before exercise. DO NOT consume after 5pm
- ON NON-TRAINING DAYS: consume first thing in the morning on an empty stomach
- DO NOT exceed 1 scoop per day
- Avoid eating other foods or drinking protein shakes within 20 minutes after consuming Oxyshred Hardcore
