Serving Size:

We recommend a serving size of 44g of Power Plant Protein - one scoop! However, you may take up to 2 scoops or servings throughout the day - purely depending on your personal fitness goals and macronutrient requirements.

Recommended Intake:

To mix, combine one serving of Power Plant Protein with 400-800mL of cold water or plant-based milk (cold tastes best!). Blend or shake to mix, and then enjoy your creamy smooth protein shake!
