On training days we recommend taking 2 capsules of T-DEX RIPP’D 30 - 60 minutes before training to maximise fat burning during exercise and give a vital energy boost to go and train hard!
On non-training days take 2 capsules of T-DEX RIPP’D with a meal to maximise fat burning throughout the day.
However, please note NOT consume T-DEX RIPP’D on an empty stomach!
