Consume 1 serve with breakfast or whenever a healthy boost is needed. You may consume up to 3 servings a day as required - dependent on your natural daily intake (how nutrient dense your diet is) and how you feel your immune system and vitality is at any given time!
To mix, combine with 250-350ml of water, and shake or stir to mix. Vitality switch can be taken at any time of the day, but be sure to be consistent in taking Vitality Switch! At least a scoop a day!
