Serving Size:

Here at MAK, we recommend to take one serving (1 scoop) of Jump! Fat Burner. Once tolerance has been assessed two servings (2 scoops) may be take in a fasted state. Alternatively, you may like to consume 2 servings of 1 scoop each, at separate times throughout the day (once at morning, once pre workout for an optimal energy boost). However, we advise that you do not exceed two servings in 24 hours.

Recommended Intake:

To mix, combine a serving of Jump! with 8-12oz of water. Consume in a fasted state, first thing in the morning.

Additional Tips:

Contains 300mg of caffeine per two servings or about as much caffeine as three cups of coffee. Avoid using with other caffeinated products or if you are sensitive to caffeine, because too much caffeine may cause nervousness, irritability, sleeplessness and occasionally, rapid heartbeat.
