Generally, we recommend a serving size of Three-D Pump Pre-Workout as 2 scoops. The serving size of Three-D Pump Pre-Workout really depends on your personal tolerance. Start off with 1 scoop, then step it up to 1.5 and 2 scoops when you feel you can for optimal effect!
Recommended Intake:
Three-D Pump Pre-Workout is a Pre Workout product, and we therefore recommend only taking Three-D Pump Pre-Workout on training days.
