Generally, we recommend a serving size of Three-D Pump Pre-Workout as 2 scoops. The serving size of Three-D Pump Pre-Workout really depends on your personal tolerance. Start off with 1 scoop, then step it up to 1.5 and 2 scoops when you feel you can for optimal effect!
Consume Three-D Pump Pre-Workout 5-10 minutes before training. To mix, simply combine with approximately 300-400mL of water in your legendary MAK shaker, shake it up, and you’re good to go!
If you decide to stack Three-D Pump Pre-Workout with a caffeinated, energy enhancing Pre Workout product (like Muscle Nation’s Legacy Pre-Workout), we would recommend consuming the two shakes separately.
