Each packet of Plant Based Protein Pancakes Mix makes 5 servings of pancakes. 60g of pancake mix makes one serving of pancakes - which equates to a 3-5 story stack depending on how big make your pancakes!
To make your Macro Mike Plant Based Protein Pancake Mix, all you need to do is add a little water or plant-based milk, mix away, and cook em up! Add one serving of Plant Based Protein Pancakes Mix (60g) to a bowl with 60mL of plant based milk, and mix thoroughly with a silicone spatula. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, then get cooking!
Heat a medium sized fry pan, the reduce the heat to low once hot. Add a small amount of coconut oil, then spoon mixture into the pan to create a pancake which is roughly 10cm in diameter. Cook the pancake for 30-60 seconds, or until you see bubbles begin to form, then flip the pancake and repeat! Do the same for the remaining mixture, to build yourself a stack of 3-5 pancakes.
