When to take PSI?
For best results, consume PSI 20 minutes before exercise to allow for maximum absorption. PSI does NOT contain any caffeine or other central nervous stimulants. You may consume PSI in the evenings prior to training and it should not affect your ability to sleep. How many servings of PSI can I take per day?
The recommended dose is 1 serving per day and we recommend taking no more than 2 scoops of PSI pre-workout per day. You should test your tolerance to PSI by starting with ½ a scoop first and building up from there (due to safety...you can obviously take more but they can't recommend more due to the ingredients).
Why is PSI such a fast acting product?
PSI is fast acting due to its potent vasodilator delivery system containing ingredients such as Agmatine Sulfate and L-Arginine. These ingredients help to increase the bio-availability of nitric oxide leading to an increase in blood flow and oxygen and nutrient delivery. These ingredients have a flow on effect to each other which creates a strong physiological and mental response.
When should I take PSI?
PSI should be consumed approximately 20 minutes before exercise to allow for maximal absorption.
Will PSI give me a tingling sensation?
No, PSI will not give you a tingling sensation as it does not contain the amino acid Beta Alanine. It will however increase the feeling of muscle fullness and 'pump' due to its vasodilator boosting effects along with a decrease in fatigue.
Does PSI have a "crash" effect after it wears off?
PSI pre-workout should not cause any post-workout crash as it works by increasing blood flow around your body and improving mental focus and cognitive ability. It is non-stimulatory so there is very little effect on your adrenal glands and cortisol.
Can I take PSI later in the day? Will PSI affect my sleep if I take it later in the day?
Yes, you can use PSI pre-workout in the late afternoon as it is a non-stimulatory supplement. It should not affect your sleep as it focuses on improving blood flow and helps to remove metabolic by-products from your muscles.
Can I take PSI just for increased focus (i.e. for studying)?
Although PSI pre-workout has been formulated as a pre-workout product, the key cognitive ability and mental focus enhancers, along with vasodilators may assist people with other non-physical related activities such as studying due to the increase in blood flow and oxygen delivery to the brain.
