Efficient Anabolic Recovery
Containing a proportion of glucose and fructose, with Promilin®, Extreme Cards has the ability to further increase insulin levels, enhancing the body’s anabolic state, aiding anabolic recovery.
Mix 80g* with 200-400ml of water immediately after training. Recommended serving size is 1.0-1.5g/kg bodyweight. For optimum recovery, combine with International Protein’s Amino Charged WPI at a rate of 0.6-0.7g Amino Charged WPI per kg bodyweight.
At other times of the day, combine Extreme Carbs with International Protein’s Protein Synergy for a flexible meal replacement or pre-workout meal. Recommended serving size is 0.5-0.75g/kg bodyweight. For the best consistency, use 50-100ml of water per 20g of Extreme Carbs.

Is this product Gluten Free?
This product does contain traces of gluten, and we advise against use for those following a celiac or gluten-free diet.
Our recommended use for this product depends on the time of day and purpose of use: Post-Workout or General Meal. As a post workout shake, we recommend a serving size of approximately 1.0-1.5g per kg of bodyweight - therefore meaning an 80kg person would have a serve size of 80-120g. Mix this with approximately 300-400mL of water, using a shaker or blender to combine. The most effective time of use is directly following training. For optimal results and recovery performance, Extreme Carbs is best stacked with a protein powder. For general use throughout the day as a meal replacement, instead estimate a serving size based on 0.5 - 0.75g per kg of bodyweight. To mix, combine with 50-100mL of water per 20g of EXTREME CARBS. Similarly, optimal results are achieved by mixing with a protein.
