Intraboost Advance combines an advanced BCAA recovery formula with lactic buffering and nitric oxide support, and an electrolyte balance complex. Intraboost Advance's amino acid complex combines the 3 essential aminos dominant in skeletal muscle and most vital to recovery and performance, BCAA's, in a 2:1:1 ratio. These BCAA's play an important role within training in sparing carbohydrates to extend your energy reserves and signal to initiate and fast track the processes of protein synthesis during and post workout to facilitate muscular growth and recovery. [How to use?]

Intraboost is a intra-workout product and we therefore recommend using throughout your workout, on training days.

We suggest a serving size of 2 heaped scoops (15g), mixed with 400-500mL of water (cold tastes best!).

However, for longer or higher-intensity workouts an extra scoop may be preferred. Sip throughout your workout, in between sets.

This product contains no caffeine, so rest assured - no matter the time of day its definitely safe to take!
