MRE is a true ground-breaker. This is the first whole-food shake the world has ever seen. MRE, a whole-food meal replacement, isn't made from whey, nor broken down amino acids, nor artificially produced ingredients, nor some weird and unknown blend or plants and herbs. Its made from real, whole food sources - the ones you'd expect to find on your dinner plate at night, which is what makes it a true meal replacement. MRE combines protein, carbs and healthy fats together into a balanced and unique shake - made from Beef, Salmon, Egg, Chicken, Rolled Oats, Yams, Sweet potato, Blueberries, Coconut Water and Healthy MCT Oils. You heard right legends, it's made from real food. It doesn't get better nor healthier than this.
- Innovative and market leading powder, made exclusively from real whole foods - Replicates a balanced meal, combining proteins, complex carbs and healthy fats - Genuinely tastes incredible (we were sceptical, but the reviews speak for themselves!) - Incredibly versatile, can be used for cuts, bulks and maintenance calories alike
Look twice legend, you saw right. MRE is about as close as it gets to blending up your dinner plate. We know its hard to imagine, but its real and true - MRE genuinely tastes great too. The RedCon1 labs have put their names in the record books here, creating the first ever protein shake that contains exclusively whole food sources. We'll dig a little deeper on what each macronutrient is made up from, but perhaps the most important part here is just how balanced of a meal MRE is. Within the modern diets we already struggle to get the right things in consistently - with just the right mix of nutrients and food groups. Well, MRE seems to nail it in one - combining lean quality protein from both red meats, white meats and fish, complex and simple wholegrain carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Impressive right?
The protein within MRE is derived from Beef Bovine Protein Isolate, Salmon Protein, Chicken Protein, Egg Albumin, Brown Rice Protein and Pea Protein. This combines both meat and plant-based sources of protein to make up a total 47g per serve of protein within MRE. Carbohydrates are sources from Rolled Oats, Dehydrated Yam, Dehydrated Sweet Potato, Coconut Water Powder, Dehydrated Blueberry Fruit and Dehydrated Goji Berry Fruit. This combines both simple and complex carbohydrates from a number of sources to provide a unique and holistic mix of micronutrients, to form a total of 75g of carbohydrates. Finally, 4g of fats are sources from natural MCT Oils - a healthy fat with a number of potent health benefits top!
Actually making a whole-food meal is incredibly expensive - in both monetary and time terms. From shopping for ingredients, to lining up to pay for them, to chopping, cooking and serving that meal, whatever it is, we can guarantee its not as easy as scooping MRE from the tub and shaking it up. While we love eating and we love food (pretty sure we wouldn't be human if we didn't), we know that there is undoubtedly times and places where time-restrains, inconvenience and genuine laziness would make MRE the perfect and ideal sources of complete nutrients.
What's more, MRE is incredibly versatile. The serving size is completely in your hands - whether you want a full 4 scoops, 3 times a day, or you want just a half scoop when necessary. Either way, MRE can be used both to diet and loose weight during a cut, or to boost up your calories to enhance mass gains. Why? Because its just real, healthy, nutritious food. You can use food to both cut and to bulk, you just eat less or more, right? Therefore, you can use MRE to both cut and bulk too, same rules apply!
