This product does contain caffeine, at a concentration of 175mg/scoop. Every person's tolerance to caffeine is unique and different, so it is difficult to predict what effect this may have on your level of awareness and impact on sleep. We advise against consuming this product after 4pm, and suggest to begin use with a smaller dose (1/2 scoop) to assess tolerance. [How to use?]

Power Switch is a pre-workout product and should be taken prior to training, on training days.

We recommend a serving size of one scoop (5g).

For some users, a double scoop is preferred for increased effect - often this dosage is determined by the desired level of caffeine and individual tolerance (175mg vs 350mg).

Mix with 200-250ml water (cold tastes best!) or as preferred to achieve your personal desired level of sweetness.

If training in the afternoon, we advise not to consume after 4pm (to ensure ease of sleep).
