[How to use?]

We recommend a serving size of 1 heaped scoop (16.7g), and a consumption of 2 servings per day, taken daily.

For best results, on training days, consume 1 serving during exercise and 1 serving after exercise.

On non-training days, consume 2 servings throughout the day.
