Cocoa Buzz Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 - 1 tsp instant coffee (depending on your liking)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 pitted date
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbs rolled oats (if gluten-free, use brown rice flakes)

  • Serves: 1 person

    Steps:

    1. Place coffee in 2 tbs hot water, stirring until dissolved. 
    2. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
