Burn Protein is a supplement, designed to aid users with their workout routine and dietary plan. Burn Protein will yield very little positive results if the users do not have a dedicated workout routine or strict dietary plan.
- Serving Size: 1 scoop (25 g)
- Mix one scoop or two heaping dessert spoons with 200 ml of cold water or your choice of milk in shaker
- Mix until completely dissolved
- Take 1 - 2 serves per day between meals or to replace a meal
- Take one serve within 30 minutes after finishing exercise
