Fubar Energy Shots contains 2 unique blends: a caffeine blend, and a neuro blend. We recommend taking no more than 1 bottle of FUBAR Energy Shot per day. To assess your tolerance, we recommend drinking ½ shot. There is a line on the side of each shot that denotes ½ serving.

What’s the difference between FUBAR and TOTAL WAR RTD?

TOTAL WAR RTD is the ready-to-drink version of our powder pre-workout formula, TOTAL WAR. It is a complete pre-workout that provides pump, endurance, strength, energy, and focus. FUBAR Energy Shots is an energy shot with ingredients for energy and focus, intended to be taken throughout the day when you need a boost of energy.

Can I stack this product with any other supplements?

If using FUBAR pre-workout for energy, we would recommend stacking this product with an alternate NON-STIM pre-workout that includes pump formula ingredients. Within the RedCon1 range, the best product to take alongside FUBAR would be Big Noise. Therefore, you’ll have Big Noise for pumps + endurance, and FUBAR for energy + focus!

Will this product be too strong for me?

This pre-workout product does contain a generous dosage of caffeine, at 400mg of caffeine per scoop. Therefore, it falls within our more powerful and higher stimulant range of supplements. Ideally, this pre-workout would suit someone who likes a strong stimulant product. We suggest to begin use with a smaller dose (1/2 scoop) to assess tolerance.

Will this product prevent me from sleeping?

This product does contain caffeine. Caffeine tolerance can significantly vary from person to person. Generally, we would recommend taking a FUBAR Shot no later than 2pm in the afternoon to ensure no impact on ability to sleep. However, if you have a higher sensitivity to caffeine, you may consider taking a reduced serving size (i.e. 1/2 scoop instead) to ensure your body is not over-stimulated.

Is this product safe during pregnancy?

We strongly advise against the use of this product throughout or approaching pregnancy.

Is this product Vegan?

This product is not certified as vegan, and may contain some animal-based products or be produced in a facility that handles animal-based products such as whey protein. Therefore, for those leading a vegan lifestyle, consult alternative options.
