Here’s what we LOVE about this recipe! It’s no-bake (and therefore there’s absolutely no oven, no waiting and no cooling time required), it’s ultra-high in protein, it’s super low in sugars. It’s also 100% plant-based and vegan-friendly - meaning that absolutely everyone in the fitness industry can get around this one!

Ingredients
For the Base:
30g Cornthins, blended with some water
10g Natvia Living Sweetener
1 TBSP Cinnamon
For the Filling:
40g Banana Bread Mix by Macro Mike
150g Yoghurt of your choice (vegan yoghurt works too!)
For the Drizzle Topping:
3g PB+ Powdered Peanut Butter by Macro Mike (Snickerdoodle flavour is our favourite!)
1 TSP Cinnamon
Method
- Combine the ingredients for the base, to create the base layer. Press this mixture on to the bottom of a tin/container etc.
- Combine the Banana Bread Mix + yoghurt until a thick and creamy blend is attained. Place this atop of the base.
- Make the Powdered PB+ as per packet instructions, combining with water to create a thin and drizzly mixture. Drizzle this mixture over the top of your 2-layered slice to top! Then, sprinkle your remaining cinnamon on top.
- Freeze for 2-3 hours, to turn your slice into a hardened combo. And then, go ahead and eat!!
