This strength and conditioning workout will test your entire body’s strength and endurance.

RX Version – On Time!

  • Run: 1 Mile – On Time!
  • Pull Ups: 100 Reps – Bodyweight
  • DB Chest Press: 80 Reps – 60% 1RM
  • DB Bicep Curls: 60 Reps – 60% 1RM
  • Box Jumps: 40 Reps – Bodyweight
  • DB Power Lunges: 20 Reps – 60% 1RM
  • Run: 1 Mile – On Time!

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed for each movement.
