- Pull Ups: 100 Reps – Bodyweight
- DB Chest Press: 80 Reps – 60% 1RM
- DB Bicep Curls: 60 Reps – 60% 1RM
- Box Jumps: 40 Reps – Bodyweight
- DB Power Lunges: 20 Reps – 60% 1RM
- Run: 1 Mile – On Time!
