  • Rower: 20 Seconds On | 10 Seconds Off – 100% ME x 10
  • Rest: 3 Minutes
  • Rower: 45 Seconds On | 15 Seconds Off – 100% ME x 10
  • Rest: 3 Minutes
  • Rower: 1 Minute On | 30 Seconds Off – 100% ME x 10

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed for each movement.
