Kettlebell gauntlet, challenging rounds if performed on the minute.

RX Version - EMOM 12 Rounds!

  • Kettlebell Squat - 10 Reps
  • Kettlebell Swings - 10 Reps
  • Kettlebell Upright Rows - 10 Reps
  • Kettlebell Squat - 10 Reps


Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement, wait for the round timer to sound before commencing the next round. If you fail to complete all 4 movements in a round, the penalty is 10 burpees per round failed.
