RX Version!

  • Jump Rope: 5 minutes – 80% ME
  • Incline Bench Press: 6x3 – 80kg
  • DB Chest Press: 5x6 – 60kg
  • DB Decline Chest Press: 4x8 – 40kg
  • DB Flys: 3x20 – 20kg
  • Jump Rope: 4x30 seconds – 100% ME

Guideline:

Rest 30 - 60 seconds between each set. Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
