- Jump Rope: 5 minutes – 80% ME
- Incline Bench Press: 6x3 – 80kg
- DB Chest Press: 5x6 – 60kg
- DB Decline Chest Press: 4x8 – 40kg
- DB Flys: 3x20 – 20kg
- Jump Rope: 4x30 seconds – 100% ME
Guideline:
Rest 30 - 60 seconds between each set. Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
