If you’ve been following, your upper body should be smashed. This workout will test your legs and cardio capacity.

RX Version – 4 Rounds On Time!

  • Sprint: 200m – On Time!
  • Plate Pickups: 20 Reps – 10kg
  • Plate Squat Reach: 20 Reps – 10kg
  • Plate Retracted Squat: 20 Reps – 10kg
  • Overhead Plate Lunges: 20 Reps – 10kg

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed for each movement.
