This short and efficient workout will keep you on your feet, destroy your shoulders and leave you gassed!

RX Version – AMRAP 20

  • Toes-to-bar: 10 Reps – Bodyweight
  • Push Press: 10 Reps – 70% 1RM
  • Med Ball Wall Shot: 10 Reps – 70% 1RM
  • Double Under: 20 Reps – Bodyweight

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
