- Toes-to-bar: 10 Reps – Bodyweight
- Push Press: 10 Reps – 70% 1RM
- Med Ball Wall Shot: 10 Reps – 70% 1RM
- Double Under: 20 Reps – Bodyweight
Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed in each movement.
