  • DB Bicep Curl: 50 Reps – 10kg
  • Tricep Dips: 40 Reps – Bodyweight
  • Hammer Curls: 30 Reps – 10kg
  • Overhead Tricep Extension: 20 Reps – 20kg
  • Monkey Grip Prowler Rope Pulls: 20m – 40kg

Guideline:

Do not advance in exercises until total rep count has been completed for each movement.
